Manage invoice work from ChatGPT
Connect your existing account, choose what ChatGPT may access, and keep every action scoped to your FacturApp workspace.
Permissions stay explicit
ChatGPT receives only the permissions shown during connection. Authorization is tied to your Firebase account, not inferred from an email address.
Clients
Search existing clients and create one when explicitly requested.
Invoices
Read invoices, create drafts, and send a selected invoice by email.
Reports
Calculate bounded invoice, collection, outstanding, and overdue totals.
Safety boundaries
Creating a draft never emails a client. Sending is a separate action, requires an explicit request, and is protected against accidental retries. The public plugin does not expose deletion, refunds, subscription changes, or payment-link creation.
Support and data controls
Questions about connection, permissions, or account data can be sent to support@shhllc.us. Disconnecting the integration revokes future access.
