FacturApp
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026.
Data we use
We store the data needed to run your account: name, email, subscription status, and the information you add for companies, clients, products, invoices, and templates.
Authentication and payments
Access is managed with Firebase Authentication. Payments are processed by Stripe; FacturApp does not store full card numbers or bank credentials.
How we use information
We use your data to enable access, save your work, generate invoices, validate your plan, improve the product experience, and provide support.
Service providers
We may rely on providers such as Firebase, Stripe, and Vercel for authentication, payments, hosting, database, and technical functions of the service.
ChatGPT integration
If you connect FacturApp to ChatGPT, OpenAI receives the information returned by the tools you choose to use, such as bounded client, invoice, and revenue summaries. FacturApp uses OAuth permissions tied to your account, keeps sending invoices as a separate explicit action, and does not return authentication secrets, full payment credentials, phone numbers, tax IDs, or payment links through the public plugin. You can disconnect the integration to revoke future access.
Your data controls
You can request access, updates, or deletion of account data from the app or the public account-deletion page. Some legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations may require retaining limited information.
